Tregarren College is where the Colas are located for the first and second books.
It is a large isolated school in Cornwall, near the village of Polgammon. Students can visit the village fortnightly, to buy things from the post office, the gift shop, the chocolate parlour and the fish and chip shop.
It is built over an old slate mine, and has a playing field, main buildings, dorms and an outdoor lido.
